Shipping

We do our best to estimate shipping times for you during checkout. Once you place an order, we will arrange to ship out the according products in 1-3 business days. It usually takes about 4-6 business days to arrive. (Note: Currently most orders will arrive in 10 - 14 business days due to COVID-19. A few orders may arrive in more than 14 business days.) Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You have a few options for checking your order status at any time.

Go to “Track Your Order” (at the bottom of any page). Enter the shipment number.

Please note tracking information is available only after an item ships, which usually takes about 1-2 business days from the time you place an order. Once the tracking number is generated, it may take up to 48 hours for scans to show from the carrier.

Shipping is free of charge to the United States.

Since we work with so many different small businesses, Heeyhills ship from all over the U.S.A. Some are shipped directly from the Maker's warehouse, and others are shipped from the factories. 

Our factories are located in Vietnam, China,etc.

We DO NOT deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

We ship all items by UPS/Yunnexpress/FedEx/DHL International Express to customers.
Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

Orders

We process your order as soon as you place it. So, in most cases we unfortunately do not have the ability to modify or cancel it.

However, you can return or exchange most products after you receive them. See our return policy for details.

Just need a change in size or color? 

If you ordered the wrong thing on accident, we can exchange it for the right item free of charge, as long as the item is in stock. Just submit a return request and leave a comment in the notes letting us know what you'd like to swap for.

Please note that the prices displayed on our site include taxes. Any and all applicable taxes will not be displayed during checkout.

Payment

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. We do not accept Credit Gift Cards, personal checks, or money orders.

Yes, we accept PayPal. In the Payment Info section of the checkout, select the option to pay with PayPal.

Our customers do report a higher degree of difficulty when checking out with Paypal. Most issues can be resolved by closing out your browser and restarting you computer or device. 

If you're still having difficulty checking out with Paypal we recommend you call Paypal to understand what the issue is. You can reach them at 1 (888) 221-1161.

As a last resort, you may switch to a credit card instead.  Our customer service team cannot take PayPal orders via phone for password security reasons. 

Manually enter the coupon code at checkout page (below the order summary) and click “Apply.” 

Note: Coupon codes are not stackable and only one can be used per order.

Returns and Exchanges

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We happily do free exchanges for the same item in a size, color, or pattern that's in stock.  If there is any price difference in the items, our customer service team will work with you on either a refund or an additional charge for the difference. 

Please contact us with the order number, product name and SKU code for the items you wish to return or exchange. Products need to be returned to the address customer service provided.

You must have an original box or packing slip to complete your return or exchange.

Items must be unused and unwashed.

When you send your product back to us, it takes a few days to travel through the mail back to our warehouse, and then it gets looked over and then checked in. Most refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of the product at the warehouse, often times sooner. 

Return check-in at the warehouse may take longer during our busy holiday season.  

There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Pre-order items (unless the products have quality issues).
- Clearance items.
- Coupon.
- Personalized items.
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned).
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page.
- Items you have already assembled.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
